Harvey is participating in a White Collar Charity Boxing Bout.
This will consist of 10 weeks free training provided by Left Jab Boxing Club, Huddersfield.
The event will take place on 28th October 2023 at Smile Bar & Venue, Huddersfield.
Harvey & Left Jab Boxing are hoping to raise a minimum of £10,000, along with support from local companies.
Any support you can offer to keep him going would be gratefully received.
Harvey's chosen charity is the Multiple Sclerosis Society in memory of his Nana, Barbara Wooler.
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a condition that affects your brain and spinal cord. In MS, the coating that protects your nerves (myelin) is damaged. This causes a range of symptoms like blurred vision and problems with how we move think and feel.
Once diagnosed, MS stays with you for life, but treatments and specialists can help you to manage the condition and its symptoms.
More than 130,000 people in the UK have MS. In the UK people are most likely to find out they have MS in their thirties, forties and fifties. But the first signs of MS often start years earlier. Many people notice their first symptoms years before they get their diagnosis.
MS affects almost three times as many women as men. People from many different ethnic backgrounds can get MS.
August saw Harvey take on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, in aid of MS Society.
The trek took place over 2 days (06.08.2023 to 07.08.2023).
Starting and ending in Horton-in-Ribblesdale, Harvey took in 3 of the best known peaks in Yorkshire; Pen-y-Ghent (694m), Whernside (736m) and Ingleborough (723m).
The aim of the challenge was to walk this 24 mile route within 12 hours!
